In the heart of England where chimney sweeps and milkmen once ruled the streets, emerge a band from the ash and soot, bringing you a new phase in music that will relieve you from all despair. A remedy they call Drowzy Rock and Roll...
Hush Mozey’s signature sound is a unique concoction of Ska, Punk and Garage Rock. The band consist of Joe T Johnson, Josh Derrick, Jack Woolcomb and Harry Surman. They were each making music in Bristol and found that their paths kept crossing. One night, they ended up at a party, started talking about starting a new band, and a couple of days later, started playing together.
In 2019, the band released their second EP, “Pretty Little Seance”, with a sold out release show at Rough Trade Bristol, leading to multiple Glastonbury appearances, performing at O2 Academy Bristol and then being featured on Steve Lamacq’s “Recommends” show on BBC 6 Music.
Influenced by a wide range of music, particularly The Clash, Pixies, and The Beatles, Hush Mozey have a wide variety of musical styles in their kit bag and never cease to surprise!
