Where are you based?
What genre would you describe yourself as?
We like to describe ourselves as Punk Cabaret but we change genre like we change undies.
Who is your main inspiration?
Queen would be our biggest inspiration but we like to draw from a lot of genres. We have one song inspire by Miles Davis Sketches of Spain and the next is inspired by German Oompah music.
What is your songwriting process (which bits come first?)
We normally come up with the rhythm then melody, and lyrics last. When the song is coming close to being finished its brought to the rest of the band so everyone can add their own flavour.
What made you want to start in music?
It’s the time old cliché of our parents wanted us to learn an instrument as a kid and we fell in love, all of us started in primary school and haven’t stopped playing since.
What is on the horizon for you?
We are planning on going back into the studio in the next 6 months to hopefully release a second EP soon after.
Who would you most like to collaborate with (alive or dead)?
Freddie Mercury, not only his voice but his creative brain would do wonders for us.
What is your ultimate goal?
To be able to tour and release music on a full time basis.
If you could cover any song, what would it be?
Hotel California, a negative Yelp review with a 2 minute guitar solo is a very appealing cover.
Tea making: milk first or last?
Tell us your funniest joke!
3 guys are waiting in line to see the release board in a psychiatric ward. The first guy walks in and the board says, “Point to your knees.” The man point to his elbow so the board revokes his release.
The second guy walks in and the board says, “Point to your ear.” The man points to his foot so the board revokes his release.
The third guy walks in and the board says, “Point to your heart.” The man points to his heart. The board says, “Now point to your foot.” And the man points to his foot. The board is satisfied with his responses and approves his release. On his way out, the first two guys approach him and ask how he got all the answers right. The man points to his brain and says, “I got kidneys.”
