A Warm, Fuzzy Feeling...

Isn't it nice when you get home from work, put on your comfy slippers and get a nice cup of tea? There's a lot to be said for familiarity, don't you think?

Meet Fireglow. They're a five piece rock 'n' roll band from Sydney, Australia, They met in 2018 but their sound is very much in the 60s and 70s era. Here are a group who wear their hearts on their sleeves. Their music is honest and inviting and you are going to find yourself drifting back in time, whilst still hearing a contemporary, relevant sound.

Fireglow's first single, Back Of Her Blue Eyes is filled with proper instruments, played properly. It wouldn't be out of place on an album by The Searchers or Smokie, with great harmonies and a cheeky little guitar solo.

You know you're on to a winner when your shirts are louder than your music...

Their second single, "Baby Blue Eyes" keeps up this theme. It's great to hear an electric piano leading the way with some funky arpeggios and a Hammond organ popping up to say hello. Vocal harmonies that sound more sixties than the 60's. And those guitars!

Check out Fireglow, put your feet up and drink that cuppa. Don't worry about making sure the kids are out of the room because the only thing offensive about this band is their slightly questionable dress sense!
