It's time for our weekly round up of new music and we have a real bumper edition for you. We have everything from rock to ballad, indie to pop
Introducing: French Beaches
French Beaches are a South London/Surrey based pop-infused indie band who first appeared on the scene in February 2019. They have some pretty catchy pop beats and their latest single "Change Your Mind" is no exception. It's an upbeat love song, telling of the mistakes along the way that lead to the relationship breakdown.
Last year saw them fill some very successful gigs, including shows at Old Blue Last, The Finsbury, Notting Hill Arts Club and Werkhaus, as well as taking the "arena indie" tunes on their debut UK tour which brought them to the North of England for the first time.
New Music: Brand New Friend "A Cure For Living EP"
Northern Irish Indie-Pop quintet Brand New Friend released their brand new EP "A Cure For Living" on February 14th. It's a 7 track romp of (predominantly) up tempo indie bangers, including last years' massive track "The Letter A" and their current release, "Nothing Stays The Same"

New Music: SONS "Sweat"
Turn up the volume because Brighton based duo SONS are here to bring their raucous new tune "Sweat" - and it's against the law for you not to hear it at full volume.
SONS are brothers Lee and Nick Meldrum who formed in 2016 and have been attracting a lot of attention, having their singles played by Steve Lamacq, Huw Stephens, John Kennedy and Alex Baker, as well as two live radio sessions with Radio X and BBC Introducing.
“The meaning behind ‘Sweat’ is it’s a song about falling for someone you knew was a player and the inner turmoil you have with yourself over the time together and afterwards," says singer Lee. I think the word "anthem" can be over-used in music journalism but "Sweat" is certainly worthy of that tag.
New Music: Crystal Tides "Ex"
Crystal Tides are a three-piece Indie Rock band based on the South - Coast of England, who take influence from classic noughties guitar riffs and modern feel-good pop melodies. The band have built momentum following the release of several successful singles and have sold out multiple shows in their hometown of Portsmouth and also in London.
Their brand new single "Ex" follows last years' awesome "Deserter". It's the "beat yourself up over going back and sleeping with your ex" song you may or may not need
New Music: Shambolics "Sandra Speed"
I dunno, there's something really quaint about Fife four-piece Shambolics. Perhaps it's the uniqueness of frontman Darren Forbes' voice, or the indie pop sound that the band have forged. Whatever it is, this is a refreshingly different sound.
Sure, there's all the usual ingredients, the catchy melody, the twirly guitars and the emotional subject matter of Sandra Speed, "a girl as lonely as winter, frail, pale and as white as snow."
Shambolics have been described as somewhere between Aztec Camera and The Stone Roses. We even get a hint of Lightning Seeds. In truth though, it's great to hear!
New Music: Cole Withers "Sometimes"
Last year, we stumbled upon Cole Withers, alternative country/rock band. Their song "Fall In Love Tonight" became the longest-running song on our chart.
On Valentines Day, the incredible new single "Sometimes" dropped. It's a beautiful, stripped back piano, strings and acoustic guitar love song - exactly the song for you to play to your significant other!
We've got a strong feeling that "Sometimes" is going to help Cole Withers smash our charts all over again.
